Billy’s main roles are planning, site safety, labour allocation and recruitment, liasing with Contractors/Clients to ensure the smooth running and successful completion of each contract and the purchasing of all materials.

Derek Kinnear – Contracts Supervisor

Derek has over 26 years experience in the industry and re-joined Cairn Contracts in 2005 as Contracts Supervisor. Derek’s main roles is the day to day running of all Contracts which include labour supervision, site safety and matters liasing with Contractors/Clients and assisting the Contracts Manager and Surveyor.
